THE MONOGRAPHS OF GUALTIERO MARCHESI

A course to enter the world of Gualtiero Marchesi through his dishes.

Each monograph will take place over 2 days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the presence of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi who will guide you through his philosophy.

Objectives of the monographs.

Deepening the various issues you will have the opportunity to learn the ways of thinking of the great Gualtiero Marchesi, from cooking techniques to the artistic vision, considering cooking as an art form .

Together with Gualtiero Marchesi other teachers will be present from world of culture, from painting to sculpture, from music to design.

Contents

Course participants will realize, under the guidance of the Maestro, what he explained.

During the two days will be deepened cooking techniques related to the theme of the monograph and will be made many food preparations.

Pedagogical method

- Exposure of the theoretical foundation of the philosophy of cuisine of Gualtiero Marchesi

- Demonstration of preparations of the most famous recipes of Gualtiero Marchesi with practical application of the participants.

- Gualtiero Marchesi and his Executive Chef will interact directly with the participants

Organization

It is requested participation with professional clothing and supplied with its own knives. Participants are allowed to take photographs.

All participants will receive educational materials related to the topic discussed in the monograph, apron and torcione.

At the end of 2 days will receive a certificate of participation signed personally by Gualtiero Marchesi.

The cost of each monograph is € 750 + VAT

There are discounts depending on enrollment in more courses
